Seriously?!

I dunno...I keep thinking...this is so perfect! (Except for missing my extended family big time) But then...God just one ups it!  You think this is perfect?!  Just wait...
Okay...here's the day with plenty of pics and maybe even a video.  Of what, you ask?  Oh, just an amazing glimpse of God's creation...that's all.  No big thang.  Here we go...
I warned you yesterday, this is how the day would start:

And so it did!  But was relatively painless, and there is something so satisfying about clean laundry when you've been on a week long road trip.  So...fluff and fold, then off to breakfast which was...
Irish Corned Beef Hash Benedict.  As you can see, I already dove into it before I remembered to take a pic for the blog.  Delish.  And I am proud to say I did NOT eat the whole thing.  Ha ha!
Okay...so after consuming 9 million trillion calories...I needed to do some serious walking.  Off we went to Camden, Maine, 20 miles down the road.

We visited a knitting shop, *heaven*...

Which I will definitely visit again.

Then...we picked up a picnic lunch of fresh baked bread, cheese, and fruit, and headed to Camden State Park.  Here it is.  Not sure if this video will work, but hopefully it will.  I'll admit it.  I actually cried.  It was just so beautiful  Next to the birth of my beautiful daughter, and my precious grandchildren...this was the most beautiful sight I think I've ever seen.  The video does not do it justice.  But God's creation...oh my.

Okay, so anyway...hope that worked.  We came back to our motel in Belfast, Tom napped and I took care of some business by phone.  Took a drive up to Hampden where Tom was able to see his new home for the first time (at least from the outside...final walkthrough will be tomorrow).  Still scheduled to close on our home Thursday.  Back in Belfast for dinner overlooking the harbor.  We had homemade blueberry pie for dessert.  I mean, Holy Cow.  Seriously?!
More and more later to be sure.  God is so very good.
